We only collect what we need to help you with your customs declarations. We don't track your behavior, we don't sell your data, and we don't store passwords. Your declaration documents are saved so we can help you if Customs has questions – nothing else.
Information we collect
We only collect information that is absolutely necessary to provide the service. We don't store passwords – authentication is handled securely via encrypted tokens.
- Account information: name and email address (passwords are never stored in plain text)
- Company information: organization number, company name, and address for your declarations
- Invoices and trade documents you upload for declaration purposes
- Payment information is handled securely by our payment partner Stripe – we never see your card details
How we use your information
We use your information solely to provide the service and comply with legal requirements. We don't track your behavior and we never sell your data.
- Provide the customs declaration service and help you fill out declarations
- Process payments via Stripe and manage your subscription
- Send necessary transactional messages (receipts, status updates)
- Provide customer support and handle any complaints
- Comply with legal requirements for declaration documents and accounting
Information sharing
We never sell your information – period. We don't share your data with marketers, advertisers, or data brokers. Your information is only shared in these cases:
- With Stripe to process payments (they never see your declaration details)
- If required by law, for example in response to government requests
- To protect our users' safety in cases of suspected fraud
Data security
Your data is protected with industry-standard security. We never store passwords or payment card details.
- All communication is encrypted with HTTPS
- Data is stored encrypted on servers within the EU
- Passwords are never stored – we use secure authentication tokens
- Payments are handled entirely by Stripe – we never see your card details
- Regular backups to protect your declarations
Your rights (GDPR)
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a number of rights regarding your personal data. We are committed to respecting these rights and facilitating their exercise.
- Right to access: You can request a copy of all personal information we have about you
- Right to rectification: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Right to erasure: You can request that we delete your data ("the right to be forgotten")
- Right to data portability: You can request your data in a machine-readable format
- Right to object: You can object to certain processing of your data
- Right to withdraw consent: You can withdraw previously given consent at any time
Why we retain data
We only store information required by law or to help you with any issues regarding your declarations. Swedish Customs can audit declarations for up to 7 years – that's why we need to be able to support you during that time.
- Declarations and invoices: Stored for 7 years to assist with customs audits or complaints
- Account information: Stored as long as you have an active account
- Payment history: Stored for 7 years according to accounting law
- Upon account deletion: Personal data is deleted within 30 days, but declaration documents are retained as required by law
