By creating an account or using Tullklar ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you warrant that you have the authority to bind the company to these Terms.

Tullklar is a digital tool that helps users prepare customs declarations for importing goods into Sweden. The Service includes:

• Automatic extraction of data from uploaded invoices and trade documents
• Suggestions for HS/TARIC commodity codes based on product descriptions
• Automatic calculation of estimated customs duties and VAT
• Generation of pre-filled PDF forms according to Tullverket's format
• Monitoring of tariff quotas and duty rate changes for selected commodity codes

To use the Service, you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for updating your account information if it changes
• You may not share your account with others or transfer it to a third party
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading customs declarations
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Disrupt or overload the Service's infrastructure or networks
• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service's content without permission
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the documents and data you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process the material to provide the Service.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the Service's software or design
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without written permission
• Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation

Certain features of the Service require payment. Prices are stated including Swedish VAT (25%) unless otherwise specified.

• Payment is made in advance via card or other approved payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the period
• Purchased credits and one-time purchases are not refunded after the service has been used
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service

IMPORTANT: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• HS code suggestions are automatic recommendations and do not constitute legal advice
• Calculated customs duties are estimates; final amounts are determined by Tullverket
• As the importer, you are solely legally responsible for the information in your customs declarations
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the past 12 months

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. No notice period is required.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service. This may occur for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failed payments
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized use
• Technical or security reasons
• Business decisions or restructuring of the Service
• At the request of authorities or as required by law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes arising in connection with the Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be decided by Swedish general courts with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. For consumers, however, the mandatory consumer protection rules under the legislation of the consumer's home country apply.

We reserve the right to change these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through a clear notice in the Service at least 30 days in advance.

By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and terminate your account.
